Everyone from Frommers to Lonely Planet is coming out with their top picks for 2010 travel. Where's hot, where's not, and where should you go before everyone else gets there. I've combed the lists and cherry-picked the top spots for those planning on getting out of town sometime in 2010. Check them out:

1.Cuba - It's hot, it's new on the scene, and 2010 looks like it's going to be Cuba's comeback debutante circuit. Get your tickets and get there early before everyone else finally figures out it's legal to travel there.

2. Iceland - While Iceland is not a new destination, it's certainly cheaper than it's been in ages, and this good value may not last. They probably can't stay bankrupt forever.

3. South Africa - Clearly a favorite for 2010, South Africa is hosting the World Cup next year, and in doing so is cleaning up, clearing out, and making South Africa enticing to any and all tourists wishing to venture there. Look for deals surrounding the game in July, but the best non-soccery time to visit is most likely afterward -- in August or September.

4. Mexico - Still recovering from the horrible PR of the swine flu, so there are plenty of deals to be had. Prices are low, cultural spots are at a high.

5. Morocco - So hot right now, and it's only going to blaze brighter come 2010. See it yourself before it graduates to "tired."
