A couple of weeks ago, Choire Sicha, Emily Gould, and the other one jumped Gawker ship. The online gossip rag then put up a job posting, signalling a shift in the site's journalistic vision: �������It��������s no longer enough to take stories from The New York Times, and add a dash of snark. Gawker needs to break and develop more stories." And, despite our initial skepticism, they seem to be doing just that (in addition to the requisite Blake Lively spottings). But, just when things were looking up, Gawker founder Nick Denton has hired himself as the site's new editor. We decided to take a look at his personal blog to suss out the situation. Most recently updated on December 1, Denton's latest entry features an image of the kid from the American Pie franchise, a multi-ethnic hand-washing session, and pearls of wisdom like "akakkj aasdfasjkdfn akkln adf asdkfaslkf body." Suffice it to say, we're sold. ��������Nick Haramis
