Bungalow 8's Amy Sacco keeps on keeping on in quest to follow in the footsteps of Nina Garcia, Jonathan Adler, and all the classy Housewives of New York, New Jersey, Atlanta, and SoCal: The New York Post follows up on the news that she’s filming a reality TV pilot for Bravo, by reporting the show will follow Sacco as she sets up a new joint on West 17th Street.
Sacco’s crown jewel, Bungalow 8, which was supposed to be the setting for the show when Sacco spoke about it in July, has been shuttered for almost a month (as we reported last month, sources say its prepping for a "re-launch"), so it might be a good time for nightlife maven to come up, not only with another venue, but a sweet catchphrase -- it worked wonders for Tim Gunn. The show would be Bravo’s first foray into nightlife, but not in dealing with outsize personalities. Sacco would also be in some decent company: Bravo recently picked up the Sarah Jessica Parker-produced Project Runway with painters, American Artists.
