Ryanair, they love the press, any press. As a follow-up to their "Pay Per Pee" idea, they're opening the floor to the proverbial peanut gallery to come up with the next way to nickel and dime passengers while in the air. They're offering €1,000 to anyone who can submit the next best idea for a new fee to charge passengers.

While this is purely a publicity stunt, they probably will pony up some cash for the idea that best suits what they already wanted to do, so enter at will, the wackier the better. My suggestion? Pay per attractiveness of the person next to you. The hotter, the pricier.
