imagePlease don't tell.

1. Fratelli Lyon (Wynwood/Design District) - Glassed-in Driade showroom entrance, most authentic Italian joint in the Design District. Still under the radar. 2. Matsuri (Coral Gables) - Where the Japanese go to eat sushi in Miami. There's a throw down for reservations -- even on weeknights -- but at least it's among locals. 3. VINO (South Beach) - Word of mouth spread among classy people with good taste. Part wine bar, part lounge, incredible wine selection.

4. Bougainvillea’s (Coral Gables) - 1929-era rustic tavern with outdoor area best on quiet nights. Live bands and free basket of delicious popcorn. 5. Angler’s Boutique Resort (South Beach) - It's four fold: two 1930s-era Mediterranean Revivals buildings, two new. Small but tasteful rooms. Relaxed vibe defies SoBe hype.
