Nashville-based Third Man Records -- owned by busiest man in rock n’ roll Jack White -- is opening a pop-up store for two days on July 16 and 17 in New York. The store will be located on the Lower East Side at 131 Chrystie Street with proper business hours from 10am-6pm. (131 Chrystie is the current address of art gallery space Envoy.) Horehound, The Dead Weather’s highly anticipated album, will of course be in stock to purchase due to its July 14 release date.

Like a true record store, the pop-up shop will also have merch and other Third Man Record releases to buy. The label’s current roster of bands include the White Stripes, Mildred and the Mice, the Raconteurs, Rachelle Garniez, and Dex Romweber Duo. I’m sure it’ll be a busy couple of days for The Dead Weather next week; in addition to their debut album, the band will perform two consecutive nights at both the 9:30 Club in Washington DC on July 13 and 14, then at Terminal 5 in New York on July 16 and 17.
