The anti-seasons movement in fashion has been garnering steam for some time. And I'm not just talking about designers putting spring- and summer-appropriate looks (think bare legs and cut-out frocks) on fall runways. A steadily expanding roster of designers are starting to bypass the traditional seasonal structure that the industry has been abiding by for decades: specifically, showing a spring collection up to six months before it actually arrives in stores. Norma Kamali did it this past fashion week, as did Temperly London and BCBG -- all of whom began selling a selection of SS10 looks simultaneously with their premiere on the catwalk. Now, Celine is hopping aboard the bandwagon.
