Most New York media hounds will howl at us for giving mini media-maven Julia Allison more "undeserved" publicity. But in our literally endless riding of the web waves, we discovered this maddeningly engrossing clip of Allison lip-synching to "What's Up?," the one hit that made 4 Non Blondes a wonder (which others might recognize as "What's Going On?"). We're still not sure why this is newsworthy, or how we've managed to write more than twenty words about it, but this is the Internet—where voyeurism is welcomed, even craved—and anything goes. Watch Allison try to act cute as hell—and, well, succeed—while delighting in the creepiness that her father is the one behind the camera, after the jump.
