There’s been a poster floating around the net announcing the production of a film called S. Darko. One look at the freak bunny on said poster, and it becomes clear this is some sort of follow-up/desperate cash-grab sequel to the 2001 cult hit Donnie Darko. Yesterday, that film’s director, Richard Kelly, denied any involvement with this project, claiming he no longer owns the rights to the original film and stands to make no money off the sequel.
