For last night's vice presidential debate, Sarah Palin stuck to the style script by way of her trademark red shoes. Famous for inspiring a buying frenzy of the Naughty Monkey heels she wore when first introduced as the GOP VP nominee, Palin's footwear last night veered in a more classic direction. Since I know naught of shoery, two of two better-informed BlackBook staffers polled agreed that Palin's shoes are from Sergio Rossi. Doesn't look like they're this season's collection, but what do you want ... Palin's not some kind of Michelle Obama fashion plate. UPDATE: Not Sergio, apparently. Could it be ... Payless?
