When it rains it pours. Such is the case for photographer Terry Richardson. The perpetually flannel-clad provocateur was first confronted with allegations of skeevy misconduct while on set last week by Danish supermodel Rie Rasmussen. After running into Richardson in Paris and accusing him of sexual harassment, the story was picked up by numerous outlets. Then BlackBook contributor Jamie Peck leveled similar complaints (specifics included a hand job, talk of tampons and Richardson asking Peck to call him 'Uncle Terry'). Jezebel subsequently asked its audience for similar stories in hopes of getting a more substantive sense of just how far Richardson has taken sexual harassment in the past. The responses haven't been flattering.

Famed fashion and celebrity photographer Terry Richardson was born in 1965, meaning he is not young. In fact, he is almost old. And yet, his headlock on youth culture -- from his affinity for the plaid uniform of urban twentysomethings to the waifish and wide-eyed ingenues he prefers to shoot topless -- keep Richardson undeniably cool, if creepy and loathsome. On a typical day, he can be spotted outside of Nolita's Cafe Gitane, unmistakable thanks to his sideburns and over-sized glasses, flanked by a model. Not unlike 39-year-old Vice founder Gavin McInnes, he is a hipster Peter Pan. So, like the rest of the cool kids, he started a Tumblr. The site, TerrysDiary, is a simple photo collection broken into five categories: Terry, Diary, People, Models and TShirt of the Week. But it's so much more, as a scrapbook of fame and cred combined, featuring equal parts Marc Jacobs and beautiful women. It's also a handbook of hip, displaying all of the steps one must take to grow up without getting lame. Behold, The Tao of Terry.

Skin magazines are nothing new. Titles like Oui and Modern Man were once kept under your parent's beds, and are now on bookshelves belonging to today's artists and high fashion photographers. Skin mags have since evolved into slick and shiny pop porn, with mags like Maxim showing off starlets comparable to Tara Reid with major airbrushing, uncomfortable posing and cheesy lighting.

Over the course of the last several months, both behind-the-scenes video and stills from Terry Richardson's much anticipated shoot for next year's Pirelli Calendar have surfaced sporadically on sites across the Internet. But now come the first official images to be leaked since Richardson and his lens made their way down to Brazil with models including Lily Cole, Daisy Lowe, and Ana Beatriz Barros. Not surprisingly they feature a whole lot of flesh-baring and provocative posing (not to mention a cameo from a sloth -- surely not the sexiest animal, but it serves its purpose). The Telegraph has a great gallery of a handful of images from Richardson's shoot as well as past Pirelli images from the likes of Peter Lindbergh and Bruce Weber. Also of note: the fact that this year's Pirelli calendar won't be retouched.

I was not supposed to meet Jared Leto.

I wasn't supposed to be in that picture. I wasn't supposed to be charmed by him or his band, who I'd never listened to before this. I definitely hadn't intended on spending a day with the three of them in downtown New York, followed by paparazzi, rabid teenage fans, and a procession of managers, publicists, and stylists, for a feature to go in our November issue. And I definitely didn't set out to think -- or write -- any of the following things about Jared Leto, the actor, the rock star, the heartthrob, the celebrity. In my life, Jared Leto had existed in exactly the context I needed him to, and for whatever it's worth, I think it's safe to assume (or will be after this), vice versa. I was fine with it, and it didn't need to change.

But it did.

And it started, like so many stories, with a problem. And the problem was that my editors fucked me out of a day-trip to Philly.

Apparently plaid is big with Kings of Leon fans ... specifically those residing in or near Las Vegas. At a recent show in Sin City, a writer for the Las Vegas Sun observed that KOL fans not only "love to drink." They "love to dress in plaid," as well. And they're not the only ones.

It seems the Louis Vuitton bunny ears Madonna sported to the Met Gala and in the latest series of Louis Vuitton ads aren't as drastic a sartorial statement as one might have originally thought. In fact, even H&M seems to be embracing the animal-inspired accessory in its latest ad campaign. That, or paying homage to Lady Gaga's iconic hair bow. Shot by Terry Richardson and starring Sasha Pivovarova (in a set-up far more demure than what Richardson has been working on for the Pirelli calendar), the mega-retailer's latest campaign includes Pivovarova with a bow on the top of her head.

Photographer and provocateur Terry Richardson has been hard at work on Pirelli's legendary calendar, as I noted not so long ago when images from the typically top-secret shoot leaked. Well, now there's even more Richardson & co. flesh to appreciate thanks to a new NSFW video that includes footage of Richardson at work, interviews with the photographer and a few models (although the Italian voiceover makes them nearly impossible to comprehend) and, of course, lots of T&A. The final moments of the video are its finest, when Richardson can be seen standing on a beach in Brazil, arm in arm with no less than a dozen gorgeous topless models.
